Primark, the global value fashion retailer, continues its expansion in the United States, including the South.
Primark is expanding its presence with three new stores in Texas (The Parks Mall, Arlington), South Carolina (Haywood Mall, Greenville), and Georgia (Augusta Mall, Augusta). With a total area of 96,400 square feet across the three stores, the new locations mark the chain’s entry into South Carolina and Georgia.
«We’re proud to introduce Primark to South Carolina and Georgia for the first time, while also strengthening our presence in Texas, following our initial opening in the state late last year,» said Kevin Tulip, President of Primark US. «This expansion reflects our commitment to bringing Primark’s unique combination of style, quality, and affordability to even more shoppers across the U.S. We look forward to being a part of these communities and offering families a wide selection of fashion, beauty, and accessories at an unbeatable value.»
Primark operates approximately 30 stores in 12 US states and is planning to expand to 60 locations by the end of 2026. The company has signed a lease for its first store in Manhattan, a 54,000-square-foot flagship store in the Herald Square neighborhood. It has also signed several leases in Texas.
Primark is known for its affordable prices, with jeans starting at $10 and T-shirts from $4.50. It also offers a wide variety of licensed merchandise, with collections from Disney, Netflix, and Marvel, as well as NBA and NFL apparel with location-specific designs.
